VIP Places: Adi’s Cook & Book

 

Този месец посетихме откриването на лятната градина на ADI’S COOK AND BOOK. Въпреки проливния дъжд домакините се бяха справили перфектно. Кактейлите с Chivas и ябълка или грейпфрут се оказаха изненадващо свежи, като се има предвид, че уискито традиционно не се свързва с понятието свежест. Главният готвеч Валери Нешов също беше подготвил много вкусни и разнообразни хапки – сирена с различни подправки, скариди, гризини с прошуто, а сладките изкушения на Елица от Dark And Milk ни изненадаха с комбинацията от сирене и шоколод.

Градината е отворена от вторник до събота от 12.00 до 23.00.

CHIVAS REGAL представи THE ART OF HOSTING в ADI’S COOK AND BOOK на 17 Май 2012 г.

 

Всичко започва, когато Chivas Regal решава да обедини сили с парти специалистите Андре и Лионел от веригата френски клубове Le Baron de Paris, за да създадат заедно гид за организирането на перфектното домашно парти. Le Baron обаче не просто органзират уютнo частнo парти, а създават истински видео гид как веселбата в дома ви да се превърнe в най-незабравимото и изискано парти, което можете да предложите на приятелите си, за да се почувстват и те горди на свой ред, че ви познават.

 

В България нямаме Le Baron, но това не означава, че ни липсват знания как да се забавляваме незабравимо и със стил. Chivas Regal се спря на клуб ADI’S COOK & BOOK и на 17 май в София СЕ СЛУЧИ българското The Art of Hosting.

Sofia Restaurants: My Mojito Bar & Grill

We are very pleased to present one of the newest restaurants in Sofia – My Mojito.

In fact the place is well known to all who are part of the nightlife in the capital. Now you can get 2 in 1. The old part is still a bar and after a certain hour the restaurant turns into a bar as well.

The interior is very elegant – wooden furniture, beautiful chandeliers, lamps and paintings on the walls. What we most like is that there is space. The tables are not crowded and the feeling is of comfort and nice atmosphere.

The chef ia a master and the menu is composed according to all the rules of gastronomy, without unnecessary frills.

From salads list you should try Tabule and Guacamole. Appetizers are various, but every time without exception, we order Baked goat cheese with honey, walnuts and basil chips. The first time we passed the chips as decoration, but than we fixed his mistake and it is a great taste combination.

In the selection of main meals you can find choice for everyone. Including things that you can not try elsewhere – Donkey Meatballs and Flat Sausage, Horsemeat Sausage, Black Pudding and among our favorites are the Roast Duck and Beef with Boletus.

Restaurants: ASADO Argentinian Grill

Apparently the winter and the grill are a quit good combination. We started the blog with Spaghetti Kitchen Italian Pasta and American Grill, and now we shall continue with Asado Argentinian Grill, that we visited recently.

Restaurants: Spaghetti Kitchen

The first show in the Restaurants category is not accidentally dedicated to Spaghetti Kitchen. The interior is great - both modern and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is open and you can see where your food is prepared.

The menu is divided into several parts as essentially repeats that of the Spaghetti Company, but here is a special supplement American Grill. Spare ribs, Italian sausages, beef liver, steaks, sea bream or grilled squid - cooked in a special vessels that helps the baking of the dish. Garnishes are just like you would prefer – glazed potatoes, other potatoes, basmati, vegetables and American Chili.

Every day there is a lunch menu consisting of soup, pasta of the day, main dish of the day and dessert. There is also a different kind of bread to it. Every Friday is Fish Friday from 7 pm, every day from 9.30 am to 12 is taking place a Little Italy Breakfast, and every Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm – Little Italy Brunch. And also various themed parties and events are held that our blog and Facebook will inform timely.

In the summer the restaurant has a beautiful garden. Enjoy it!
