Copenhagen’s Noma, which has twice been voted the best restaurant in the world at the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards’ will be popping-up at Claridge’s Hotel in London during the summer of 2012.
Ren? Redzepi will be creating a five course menu at Claridge’s, priced at ?195 per person, which “will reflect his signature flavours and dishes from Noma, using local, seasonal British ingredients.”
‘A Taste of Noma at Claridge’s’ will be available for both lunch and dinner in the Claridge’s Ballroom from 28 July to 6 August 2012.
Tickets will go on sale on 9 May 2012, but to get early access to tickets, you can submit your details here or you can always contact your concierge.

We are very pleased to present one of the newest restaurants in Sofia – My Mojito.
MyMojito Bar
In fact the place is well known to all who are part of the nightlife in the capital. Now you can get 2 in 1. The old part is still a bar and after a certain hour the restaurant turns into a bar as well.

The interior is very elegant – wooden furniture, beautiful chandeliers, lamps and paintings on the walls. What we most like is that there is space. The tables are not crowded and the feeling is of comfort and nice atmosphere.

The chef ia a master and the menu is composed according to all the rules of gastronomy, without unnecessary frills.
Parsley Balls
From salads list you should try Tabule and Guacamole. Appetizers are various, but every time without exception, we order Baked goat cheese with honey, walnuts and basil chips. The first time we passed the chips as decoration, but than we fixed his mistake and it is a great taste combination.
Camembert with Blueberries
In the selection of main meals you can find choice for everyone. Including things that you can not try elsewhere – Donkey Meatballs and Flat Sausage, Horsemeat Sausage, Black Pudding and among our favorites are the Roast Duck and Beef with Boletus.

The dessert is different every day.
